In-Person Workshops
We have partnered up with Cedar Yoga to host a series of in-person workshops. Each of the workshops apply similar systems used with 1:1 clients to help individuals figure out which muscles may be causing pain. This is a great options who want to learn what is going on in their bodies and how to best take care of them if the 1:1 sessions do not work. BOTH OF THESE WORKSHOPS WILL BE AT THE CEDAR YOGA STUDIO.

September 30th
Neck and Shoulder Care
This workshop is great for anyone struggling with generalized neck and shoulder discomfort.* We will cover basic muscular anatomy of the neck and shoulders that could be causing your discomfort and how to assess what's going on for you. The remainder of the workshop will include self-releases for muscles, somatic exercises, and other movements to help provide relief.
Join us to learn how to check-in with your neck/shoulders and how to create relief for yourself based on what your body needs.

October 14th
Low Back Care
This workshop is great for anyone struggling with generalized low back discomfort.* We will cover basic muscular anatomy of the low back/hips that could be causing your discomfort and how to assess what's going on for you. The remainder of the workshop will include self-releases for muscles, somatic exercises, and other movements to help provide relief.
Join us to learn how to check-in with your low back/hips and how to create relief for yourself based on what your body needs.
